Support MVC West Sussex

Supporting our organisation is one of the best ways to help us to campaign for a fairer voting system. An individual can achieve a lot, but a few committed individuals working together and sharing ideas can achieve so much more.

If you want to get involved, simply fill in this form. Registration is absolutely free, but we do encourage donations to fund our campaigning work. As a supporter you'll receive an occasional newsletter keeping you up to date with the latest developments in the campaign in your area

Write to your MP

Writing to your MP is a powerful tool. If your MP gets only a few letters or emails on the subject of electoral reform, it can be enough to highlight the issue. So few people write to their MPs that each letter counts much more than you would think.

Writing to your MP is simple. Go to WriteToThem, enter your postcode, and type your letter. It need not be long or complex. Simply inform them of your opinions on the current electoral system.

Write to your local newspaper

Writing to your local paper is a good way of telling people in your area about the unfairness of the current voting system. Most local papers publish the vast majority of the letters that they receive. As with writing to your MP, these need not be long or complex, in fact a short and well written letter can be just as powerful as a long and detailed argument.

Tell your friends and family about the campaign

Often one of the best ways to start a campaign is close to home, so why not talk to those closest to you about the need for a fairer voting system? You could start by emaiing them the link to this site or to the Make Votes Count page, where the issues are discussed in more detail.
